As things become increasingly challenging and uncertain, it is now more important to be kind to & look after yourself. We understand that physical activity is one great way to supporting your mental health, and that is why we have already provided a variety of online classes for our members and service users & community. But we also recognise that there are other activities/skills and outlets one can learn to help give you obtain balance and reduce stress. Here at the YMCA St Paul’s group we are committed to supporting you, mind, body & spirit.
That’s why we are pleased to present to you Creating Wellness – an 8-week online course, led by qualified counsellor.. This course aims to support your mental wellbeing, reduce isolation, encourage self-care and help you find balance in the everyday. The course is due to start on 4th February 2021, and sessions will occur every Thursday from 7.00 pm – 8.30 pm. Limited spaces are available.
