To do this we provide a safe place to stay to over 1,200 people per night through our accommodation projects, as well as support over 1,000 young people and 1,000 families through our children, youth and family programmes.
We are looking for a new Area Director to join the wider Executive Team whilst leading the operations around our South London hub (based out of Wimbledon). This is an exciting time to join us as we have just completed the merger between four separate Associations, so we are in the process of defining and developing consistent practices across the Group whilst also looking at growth and development of our sites and services.

This includes being responsible for all income generation activities ensuring that all services are run in a sustainable way that delivers value for money. At the same time the Area Director will be expected to work with the Group Director of Business Performance, and the wider Executive Team, for the development and delivery of Group wide Strategies, in line with the vision, mission and values of the Association.
