At YMCA White House we have a variety of rooms available to hire including our large dance hall with stage, small hall, cafe area and range of meeting rooms. The Large Hall
Light and airy, with a stage, beech wood sprung floor for dancing and fitted with a loop system for those with hearing difficulties, the Large Hall is ideal for wedding receptions, anniversaries or birthday parties. The maximum seating capacity is 165 for sit down meals, 220 for buffet and 250 auditorium style.
A licensed bar is provided. The hall is also suitable for public meetings, AGMs, conferences, presentations or plays and concerts.
The Small Hall
This light and compact hall with vinyl floor and an adjoining drinks kitchen can be hired at weekends for children’s parties with small tables and chairs provided. It is also available in conjunction with the Large Hall for events requiring more capacity with an additional 50 sit down places.
The Community Cafe
The cafe can be hired out for events and has access to a garden, making it ideal for barbeques. Alternatively you could use the space for meet ups or networking meetings.
Rooms 1 & 2
These light ground floor carpeted rooms which are connected by a sliding partition can be hired together or separately. They can accommodate between 60 and 90 people auditorium style or up to 75 standing. They are suitable for small meetings and training sessions.
This is a small, square carpeted room at the front of the building, suitable for those with access difficulties. The overhead skylight windows make it bright and ideal for handicraft activities, smaller meetings or training sessions.
All Weather Pitch
The outdoor pitch is marked for 5-a-side football, netball or tennis. It is available for hire on an hourly basis.
We have a range of well presented rooms available and are handily situated in Hampton.
The R70 and 111 bus routes and there is ample free parking to the rear of the centre.
Each of the rooms have access to public wifi. Our building is wheelchair accessible. We have a range of hospitality options available from free hot water and cups, to add ons such as tea and coffee, access to the kitchen and hiring a catering team. We can also provide conferencing equipment on request. Access to the garden is possible through the cafe, unless the cafe is booked.
