YMCA St Paul’s Group is delighted to announce that as part of the YMCA Inclusive Lives programme, they will be partnering with world renowned Dance Company BalletBoyz to deliver creative movement sessions for young people aged 11-17 with a disability.The weekly workshop sessions will begin on Wednesday 13 January 2016, 7-8pm.

The workshops will provide a space for young people with disabilities to explore movement and dance, and to get creative.

FREE taster session 2 December

On Wednesday 2 December at 6.30-8pm, a free taster session with dance artist Karl at the BalletBoyz studios will be held in the company’s fully accessible studios in Kingston upon Thames (52a Canbury Park Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6JX).

This free event is open to 11-17 year olds with a disability. There will be Christmas refreshments, and a chance to find out more about the creative movement workshops.

We are really excited about working with the amazingly talented BalletBoyz to deliver something new and exciting to young people with disabilities in Kingston. We hope to see a lot of people coming to the Christmas taster session on 2 December to learn more about this great opportunity.

The creative movement workshops are part of YMCA St Paul’s Group’s Inclusive Lives project, which enables people with disabilities to make positive lifestyle choices through access to a wide range of health and wellbeing activities.
