PiYo – combines the best of Pilates and Yoga for a fat-burning, low impact workout. Starts Weds 14 Sept, 6.30-7.30pm.
Aerolatino – dance fitness workout to Latin American rhythms including dance styles such as Samba, Lambada and Salsa. Starts Tues 13 Sept, 8.30pm-9.15pm.
Punch ‘n’ Crunch – boxing techniques, circuit style training and abdominal exercises. Starts Tues 13 Sept, 7.15pm-8.15pm.
Legs, bums and tums – conditioning hips, thighs and buttocks. Starts Tues 13 Sept, 9.15am-10am.
Mobility, flexibility and stretch – dynamic and static stretching set to slow music, reducing stress and tension and improving mobility. Starts Tues 13 Sept, 10.15am-11.15am.
