Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Governance and Compliance Manager

 

YMCA St Paul’s Group is seeking to appoint a temporary Governance and Compliance Manager who will undertake the role of Company Secretary. The postholder will act as the internal expert on governance, regulation and data protection. Other duties include working with the Board, Executive and Leadership teams to ensure that the highest standards of governance are in place, as well as ensuring YMCA St Paul’s Group and its subsidiary companies maintain and document full compliance with the regulatory framework and other key obligations.

The ideal candidate will have thorough understanding of the areas for which the role is responsible: governance, company secretary and compliance and have good understanding of the legislation and regulation affecting charities and registered providers of social housing.
