Support with emotional problems, self-development and community awareness.
Psychotherapy is used to treat emotional problems and mental health conditions. With us it involves talking to 3rd and 4th year student therapists at our venue, which enables us to offer such therapy significantly below standard rates.
Life coaching is a process that helps people identify and achieve personal goals. We have qualified coaches within our Learning & Skills Team, who are able to offer their services at charitable rates.
Mentoring is an informal process that involves forming a relationship and communicating for the benefit of developing knowledge, skills and positive activities within a person (the mentee). We offer a matching service for our residents as well as for local people.
If you require any further information on the above services, or are interested in becoming a mentor or being mentored, please contact the Learning & Skills Team on 020 3598 1531 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
