Cardio: Healthy heart, healthy mind
Indoor Cycling – Outdoor cycling techniques indoors with different intensities to challenge you. Some sessions will include core/mat work as well.
Circuits – A combination of strength, cardio and stamina work using different exercise stations in the studio or gym.
FT45 – A 45 minute functional training circuit using TRX, kettlebells, free weights, battle ropes and a variety of other gym equipment.
Fit & Functional – Provides a functional and adaptable workout for conditioning the whole body.
H.I.I.T/Conditioning – A high energy class combining cardio, strength and plyometric exercises giving a whole body workout that burns calories while toning and shaping.
Insanity Live! – A total body workout for all fitness levels with extreme cardio conditioning. Build up your stamina, strength and co-ordination without picking up a weight – your body weight and resistance are all you need!
