Housekeeping Floor Supervisor
YMCA St Paul’s Group (SPG) emerged from the coming together of four separate Associations over an 18-month period. The group is largest YMCA in Europe and one of the largest providers of supported housing in London and beyond providing a safe place to stay for over 1,200 residents each night.

We are looking to appoint a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor for our East London Main hostel, reporting to the Area Service Support Manager and responsible for overseeing the Housekeeping Department.
The post holder will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all the YMCA St Pauls Group East London properties.
It is essential that applicants have:
- The ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy, maintaining loyalty at all times
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook (including calendar management)
It is desirable that applicants have:
- A recognised typing qualification
- Previous experience of working within a Facilities or Estates Team
- Experience of working as a Personal Assistant to a Director or Senior Manager
