The Inclusive Lives project classes are designed as adapted activities that everyone can be included in, regardless of ability, experience, disability, fitness or gender. In order to participate in one of these class, you must have a disability or long term mental health condition such as depression or anxiety.

Age UK Fitness: A gentle exercise class specifically for seniors
On Mondays 11.30am – 12.30pm, at Hampton Pool in their studio. Cost: £5
Snooker Club: Come and show us your skills! Take on other people and learn more about the game. Refreshments and all equipment is provided.

BalletBoyz: The YMCA Inclusive Lives Project has teamed up with the world famous, award winning BalletBoyz! Offering ‘creative movement’ classes to support your overall strength, fitness and artistic needs.

Laughs & Scarfs: Explore movement, relaxation and laughter with this easy going, fully inclusive activity session. Suitable for everbody, the movement can be done standing, sitting or even laying down!

A fun way of exercising where you learn a variety of dances and get to share your moves with us and learn some new dance moves for your next night out! Plus the music is great, so come along for the feel-good factor.
A weekly dance class for people with a disability 16+. You will explore different aspects of dance though creative movement and the use of colourful props, music and lots of laughs!
A gentler and adaptive class set to funky Latin beats, the perfect upbeat exercise class to get you moving and having fun.
A friendly, fun class that offers a great way to keep fit with great music to keep you toe tappin’ and thigh slappin’!
Try out new activities each week in a friendly environment. Nothing is too much trouble – if you see something you like and want to have a go, then just ask our instructors!
Personal Trainers are on hand to support you and answer all your gym related questions. Perfect if you’re new to the gym or need a little more support/expertise to get motivated.
Classes are suitable for people aged 16 years+ and all facilities are wheelchair accessible.
