During this time, we want to help keep you on your journey to good health and wellbeing. We also want our classes to remain sociable and interactive! So, we are going live! Our virtual online classes will hopefully keep us connected and active, together!
We have a variety of classes for you to choose from, some will be your usual class and some may be new to you, all can be accessed from the comfort of your home!

I enjoy the zoom classes more than I expected- don’t have to worry about getting there and changed, nice small groups, I feel the teachers can guide us well and I can see what they are doing better than being at the back of a big class. I also like being able to see myself in the corner of the screen. I have tried video classes but don’t have the willpower to keep going with them, but with the online classes, you make a commitment, the teacher talks to you and you stick with it.
I would love to continue after lockdown as I have benefited from access to the online classes and have been able to exercise twice a week which I don’t always manage normally.
Great to feel a sense of community through these classes during these testing times and be encouraged by the knowledgable and caring instructors.
