YMCA St Paul’s Group (SPG) emerged from the coming together of four separate Associations over an 18-month period. The group is largest YMCA in Europe and one of the largest providers of supported housing in London and beyond providing a safe place to stay for over 1,200 residents each night.

About the role
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Senior Housing Support Officer for, reporting to the Housing Manager and responsible for a Housing Support Officer, Weekend Housing Support Officers and a Cleaner. The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the functions which supports the residents at the Greenford Project and the management of the Housing Support Officers Team.
Applicants should have:
• At least 1 years previous experience of working in a hostel environment
• Knowledge of housing and welfare benefits and the relevant legislation
• Knowledge of Arrears Policies
