Location: Based at the SPG Building in Surbiton, the Digital Marketing Business Partner will travel between and work from, any of the Associations sites.
Contract: Permanent; 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,390.00 per annum
About the Organisation
YMCA St Paul’s Group (SPG) emerged from the coming together of four separate Associations over an 18-month period. The group is largest YMCA in Europe and one of the largest providers of supported housing in London and beyond providing a safe place to stay for over 1,200 residents each night.
The vision of the Association is of ‘Places where young people thrive and communities flourish’. Its mission is to be ‘an inclusive Christian Association transforming communities so that all young people can belong, contribute and thrive’.
About the role
The purpose of this role is to work with other team members to deliver the Associations marketing plan. This will include developing, implementing and measuring a range of digital marketing activities such as online brand management, social media, digital advertising, SEO, PCC and direct marketing to promote the Children, Youth and Family services of YMCA St Paul’s Group.

Applicants should have:
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Experience of devising and developing digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience of PPC, SEO and display advertising.
• Excellent proofing and editing skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
