About the Organisation
YMCA St Paul’s Group (SPG) emerged from the coming together of four separate Associations over an 18-month period. The group is largest YMCA in Europe and one of the largest providers of supported housing in London and beyond providing a safe place to stay for over 1,100 residents each night.

About the role
Responsible for the smooth running of the Wimbledon Hostel Centre whilst on duty during evenings and weekends. We are looking for someone who takes on a diplomatic approach when dealing with sensitive issues and who is able to form constructive relationships with no judgement. The Duty Officer will be the most senior worker on shift therefore the successful candidate will demonstrate good resilience and courage in an operational customer service environment.
