Location: St James House, Surbiton but may occasionally be required to work from any other YMCA St Paul’s Group site.
Contract: Permanent; Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Salary: £35,000 per annum

YMCA St Paul’s Group (YMCA SPG) is a charity and registered housing provider which emerged from the coming together of 4 separate YMCAs making it one of the largest providers of supported housing in London and beyond and providing a safe place to stay for over 1,100 residents each night.
As well as accommodation, care homes, education and training, the Association is focused on the transformation of communities through its health and wellbeing centres, youth services and children, and family programmes.
About the role
As a member of the Finance team, to assist in the production of timely and reliable monthly management accounts, together with such accounts, statistics and other information as are required by regulatory and statutory authorities and provide high quality financial information to Senior Managers and budget holders, whilst continuously looking for ways to improve business performance across the Association.

Applicants should have:
- AAT qualified or ACCA/ACA/CIMA (part) qualified
- Numeracy skills and an ability to understand, analyse and manipulate complex information and data.
- Experience of management accounting and budgeting
- Experience of market leading finance systems e.g. Sage, Sun Accounts, Microsoft Dynamics, Brixx etc.
- Strong MS Excel and Word skills
- Able to work independently and proactively, with the ability to consult wherever necessary
