Location: St James House, Surbiton but may occasionally be required to work from any other YMCA St Paul’s Group site.
Contract: Permanent; Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Salary: £35,000 per annum

About the role
As a member of the Finance team, to assist in the production of timely and reliable monthly management accounts and provide high quality financial information to Senior Managers and budget holders, whilst continuously looking for ways to improve business performance across the Association.

Applicants should have:
- AAT qualified or ACCA/ACA/CIMA (part) qualified
- Numeracy skills and an ability to understand, analyse and manipulate complex information and data.
- Experience of management accounting and budgeting
- Experience of market leading finance systems e.g. Sage, Sun Accounts, Microsoft Dynamics, Brixx etc.
- Strong MS Excel and Word skills
- Able to work independently and proactively, with the ability to consult wherever necessary
