Location:       To be agreed but either Corporate Office in Surbiton or one of the YMCA St Paul’s Group main locations in Wimbledon, Surbiton, Ealing or Walthamstow (required to work at other sites).

Contract:         Permanent; Full-time 

Salary:             £60,000 per annum
About the Organisation

YMCA St Paul’s Group (SPG) emerged from the coming together of four separate Associations over an 18-month period. The group is largest YMCA in Europe and one of the largest providers of supported housing in London and beyond providing a safe place to stay for over 1,200 residents each night.

About the role

This role will be based at either our Corporate Office in Surbiton or one of the YMCA St Paul’s Group main locations in Wimbledon, Surbiton, Ealing or Walthamstow. You will be reporting to the Group Director of Operations and responsible for Regional & Area Housing Managers. The postholder will be expected to be responsible for the Association’s Housing and Support services. This will include bringing them together as a consistent and quality service that deliver on the Association’s vision and mission. As the Association’s lead expert in Supported Housing he/she will be responsible for driving up the quality, improving efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance across this, the largest part of the YMCA SPG services

Applicants should have:

  • Senior Management experience in an organisation delivering Supported Housing.
  • Knowledge of the issues affecting supported housing & of the regulatory framework for large Housing Associations
  • Working knowledge of current government housing policy

It is beneficial but not essential for applicants to have a CIH Management Diploma (level 5 or equivalent experience).
