Location: YMCA South Ealing
Contract: Permanent; Full-Time – 70 hours per week (10 pm to 8 am Monday – Sunday on
a rota, one week on, one week off)
Salary: £18,182.17

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Night Support Manager for our West London St Marys Road Foyer hostel.

The post holder will be expected to support residents as they move from dependent to independent living. Our residents are young, single, homeless, and have a wide range of needs, including employment, education, mental health, offending, substance misuse.

Duties include covering reception to maintain the security of the site at night; ensuring residents and visitors adhere to standards of behaviour; ensuring that the communication, visitors book, accident reporting and incident records are maintained overnight; communicating relevant information to residents as well as carrying out administration and cash handling.

The successful candidate will join a skilled team of Support staff, and will bring energy and enthusiasm to the post as well as a commitment to wanting to support residents and make a difference to their lives.

Ideally, we are looking for a person with previous experience in a similar role and an understanding of the social housing/charity sector would be advantageous.
