As a small token of our appreciation for all the support you’ve shown us over this difficult year, we’ve put together 24 days of Christmas fitness and mindfulness mini-challenges that will get the happy endorphins flowing to get your feel-good fix this month.
Now, we’re not saying you should give up your chocolate advent calendar: that’s a given. Instead, this advent calendar is a fun and festive way to keep active in the lead up to Christmas (as we all know that during the festive season fitness seems to fall by the wayside, with ‘exercise’ consisting of getting up from the sofa for another mince pie!)
People of all fitness levels will be able to participate in this advent calendar as the daily challenges are achievable whatever your ability – as they can be easily adjusted to increase or decrease the level of effort. Some of the days will be fitness/physical, with the others designed around our mental well-being, and challenges for our soul to deliver feel good benefits.
