Job Title: Release YMCA Administrator
Location: Corporate Office, Surbiton.
Contract: Maternity Cover, Fixed Term.
Hours of Work: 18 hours per week.
Salary: £10.29 per hour

YMCA London South West, YMCA East London, YMCA Slough merged together with the amalgamation of YMCA West London. This new organisation which is called YMCA St Paul’s Group has resulted in a growing presence across South, South West, East London, West London and Slough in Berkshire. The Association is part of the affiliated YMCA Christian Movement, offering opportunities to young people and their communities to develop in mind, body and spirit in order to fulfil their potential.
During these exciting times for the association, we are seeking an efficient Administrator to support our Release Counselling service within our Health and Well being Department. The ideal candidate will provide a comprehensive service including producing reports, minutes and letters and receiving and dealing with calls from clients, external agencies and support services within Release YMCA London South West area and ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and professional manner. You will be required to maintain accurate financial and performance records; ensure all data and contacts database is kept up to date; seek feedback from clients and service users, being responsive, friendly and approachable and exhibit good numerical skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing positively and professionally with the general public and have an understanding of confidentiality in a support setting; able to communicate clearly and effectively and be computer literate.
