Contract: Permanent, Full time 

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week 

Salary: £28,000 per annum

YMCA London South West, YMCA East London, YMCA Slough merged together with the amalgamation of YMCA West London. During these exciting times for the association, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resident Support & Accommodation Manager to provide leadership and management to the Housing and Support Team who are responsible for a supported and housing management service to 150 residents at the main hostel and 3 moves on properties.

The RSA Manager will be responsible for all housing income ensuring it is received accurately and timely. To manage the hostel occupancy and voids, leading on referrals and the induction of new residents, acting as the link for partner agencies.  Overseeing the licensee compliance and dealing with any anti-social behaviour, making appropriate decisions in line with YMCA Procedures. Delivering high quality support service to our residents, working within the Supporting People Frame work and being committed to helping residents move from dependence to independence.

The successful candidate will have two years minimum previous line management experience, extensive knowledge of social housing and homelessness. Up-to-date welfare and benefits knowledge, (including universal credit & housing benefit), and experience of producing reports and analytic data. The ideal candidate will need to be able to lead a team on safeguarding procedures for vulnerable adults and children, have a drive for standards and a passion to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
