Our Nursery is now closed to the general public until further notice, but will remain open to offer childcare to key worker children.

I have paid for a birthday party, how can I get a refund/move the date of the party booking?

If I am entitled to a refund how long will it take to reach my bank account?

We are currently have a very limited staff team available to manage refunds, but aim to refund your account within 14 days of a request being made.

How can I book my child’s place for the next academic year?

We are not currently taking any new bookings for services until further notice. Once we are able to re open bookings we will let our members know via email, social media, and our website pages.

My account is in debt, when do I need to settle it?

We currently have a limited number of staff available to manage bookings and payments at present. Once our booking lines reopen you will be able to settle any outstanding debts.

Can I book for the next academic year if my account is in debt?

Once our booking lines re open, you must make a payment for any outstanding debt before you will be able to book any additional places.

When will services reopen?

Our services will remain closed for as long as they need to in order to help restrict the Coronovirus outbreak. Once the government confirm it is safe for us to reopen we will do so. We will also be ensuring all of our sites have a deep clean prior to reopening.
