YMCA St Paul’s Group offer a range of Health & Fitness activities with fitness centres located in Hampton (Hampton Pool & YMCA White House), Kingston (YMCA Hawker), YMCA Surbiton and YMCA Wimbledon.

However more recently we have been active in the community, working with local schools in the Mitcham area on healthy eating, physical activity and wellbeing for the young people and their families. More activities are planned during the new school term(s) and we’d love to hear your ideas.

In addition we were successful in securing a Big Lottery Grant to run activities for disabled children and adults. Therefore we are also looking for sports coaches to deliver some sports programmes.

These will be delivered in Kingston, Merton and Richmond.

We are open to the type of exercise classes provided as long as they are fun, creative and inclusive.
