Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
YMCA West London is a part of YMCA St Paul’s Group (SPG). SPG emerged from the coming together of four separate Associations over an 18-month period. The group is largest YMCA in Europe and one of the largest providers of supported housing in London and beyond providing a safe place to stay for over 1,200 residents each night. As well as accommodation, education and training, the Association is focused on the transformation of communities through its 6+ Health and Wellbeing Centres, including an outdoor swimming pool and a wide range of Children, Youth and Family programmes including nurseries, after school clubs and soft play centres. Through the merger and accompanying new investment we expect the range, reach and impact of our services to grow so that we can better realise our vision.

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Repairs Coordinator and Administrator for our South Ealing hostel, reporting to the Area Service Support Manager.
The post holder will be expected to coordinate day to day and emergency repairs service, booking contractor appointments, updating repairs system, ordering materials and liaising with project managers and maintenance team. They will also be required to organise all statutory and compliance inspections and ensure reports are received and up to date records are kept. Further duties include assisting the Area Service Support Manager where required and in particular to ensure that data on the repairs service is available for reporting and analysis.
- Have knowledge of IT i.e. Outlook, Excel and other databases
- Have experience and a strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace
