Children's Softplay Parties at YMCA South Ealing
Party fun for under 8s!
Planning a birthday party for your child? Look no further! Our kids’ parties at YMCA South Ealing are ideal for under 8s, offering the perfect mix of excitement and fun. We offer a whole studio filled with colorful soft play equipment, tunnels, and climbing fun — all exclusively yours to enjoy!
Our party hire package includes full access to our studio and a bright and spacious café space, ideal for serving up your own refreshments and snacks. You bring the supervision and treats, and we’ll provide the party venue and equipment.

Parties are held in 2 hour slots at weekends. Timings can be flexible, so please contact us to enquire.

Prices
A party for maximum 20 children costs £271 incl. the hire of the studio/café and soft play resources.
You provide your own food and set up/clear away.

FAQs and information for parents/carers
Party hire is available for 2 hour slots at weekends, subject to staff availability. Please email venniceayethman@ymcaspg.org for additional details and availability.
Party hire package £271.00 for 20 children, this includes the hire of the studio/café and soft play resources. You provide your own food and set up/clear away.
No, the full amount is payable by BACS when you book your party
Soft play parties are suitable for children under 8 years.
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once finance confirm receipt of your payment.
- Parties cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the scheduled party date will receive a full refund.
Parties cancelled between 2 and 4 weeks prior to the scheduled party date will receive a 50% refund of their total party cost.
Parties cancelled within 2 weeks of the scheduled party date will not receive a refund.
Cancellations must be put in writing to the Recreational Activities Manager
Email venniceayethman@ymcaspg.org, your booking will be taken and bank details sent to you. Your booking will only be confirmed once finance confirm receipt of your payment.
The maximum is 20 children, there isn’t a minimum number of children who can attend a party.
Yes, this will be fine. Parents can remain in the studio/café with their children
No, customers provide their own cake
Yes, you bring your own party food/refreshments.
We don’t provide entertainment, however, you’re welcome to bring an entertainer with you
No, however, you’re welcome to bring your own party bags
Yes, you can park your vehicle free of charge for the duration of your stay. So can your guests. Please register your vehicle at reception upon arrival.
No, customers are welcome to bring their own decorations.
