Ultimate Pod Party

One hour and 45 minutes exclusive use of the Pod with food served inside the Pod.


There are 2 options available to celebrate your child’s birthday.

  • Option 1: 25 children – £390.00
  • Option 2: 30 children – £440.00

A Pod Party host to organise everything and to clear up afterwards. The host will also play party games with the children.

POD Birthday Parties FAQs

We have 6 parties each week on the following days and times

Thursdays and Fridays

  • 4.00pm – 5.45pm

Saturdays and Sundays

  • Party 1 10.30am – 12.15pm
  • Party 2 1.15pm – 3.00pm

The children will spend 1 hour and 45 minutes in the Pod. The first hour will be on the soft play equipment, and 45 minutes will be for food and party games. Children can access the soft play after eating if they wish.

£390.00 for 25 children inclusive of food/juice

£440.00 for 30 children inclusive of food/juice

No, the full amount is payable when you book your party

Pod soft play parties are suitable for children under 11 years.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email at the point of booking

  • Parties cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the scheduled party date will receive a full refund.
  • Parties cancelled between 2 and 4 weeks prior to the scheduled party date will receive a 50% refund of their total party cost.
  • Parties cancelled within 2 weeks of the scheduled party date will not receive a refund.

Cancellations must be put in writing to the Recreational Activities Manager AnneMarieBuckley@ymcaspg.org

You need to register for a MindBody account, This will enable you to book and pay for your party.

The maximum is 30 children, there isn’t a minimum number of children who can attend a party. However, the minimum party package available to purchase is 25.

Yes, this will be fine. We have indoor/outdoor seating

Hot/cold drinks and snacks can be purchased from our onsite cafe. We are licensed to serve alcohol to over 18’s.

No, the menu provides a combination of hot and cold food. This will be sent to you, it is also on our website.

Yes, we do if we receive information 7 days before your actual party. You will also receive an allergen list providing specific details for each item.

No, customers provide their own cake

No, unfortunately only food/drink provided by us can be consumed at the party.

We don’t provide entertainment, however, you’re welcome to bring an entertainer with you

Yes, a host is available to help you to set up table ware, balloons etc and the host will clear away afterwards. Please note the host will take a short break during your party, during the first hour when the children are on the soft play area.

Yes, the host will be happy to play party games. This must be requested at the beginning of your party.

No, however, you’re welcome to bring your own party bags

Yes, you can park your vehicle free of charge for the duration of your stay. So can your guests

No, customers are welcome to bring their own decorations.

All the foods served are finger foods.

15 minutes prior to your party booking. This is to allow the host to clear up after the open session or the first party.

Yes, 1 month prior to your party, you will receive the following: safeguarding policy, allergen list, party menu and Terms and Conditions.

Yes, children need to wear socks whilst in the Pod. Please note, we do not supply socks. Please remind your guests they need to supply socks for their children.
