Pod party fun for under 11s!

We will be offering 2 parties on Saturdays and 2 parties on Sundays

Throw a birthday party or a surprise party for your little one in The Pod, our spacious soft play facility at YMCA Hawker in Kingston.

Ultimate Pod Party:

One hour and 45 minutes exclusive use of the Pod with food served inside the Pod.

Cost: £300 (including food)
Ages: 0-11 years.
Number of children: 20 minimum – 20 maximum.
Available between: Saturday & Sunday

Party 1 12.30-14.15
Party 2 14.45-16.30

From the 01 October the Party slots will change.

Party 1 10.45-12.30

Party 2 13.15-15.00

A Pod Party host to organise everything and to clear up afterwards. The host will also play party games with the children.

Bookings are non-refundable unless to have to cancel a booking due to a government directive.

Parties are on a first-come-first-served basis.

POD Birthday Parties FAQs

We have 2 set party times on Saturday’s and Sunday’s starting on Saturday 26 June 2021

  • Party 1 12.30-14.15
  • Party 2 14.45-16.30

From the 01 October the Party slots will change.

  • Party 1 10.45-12.30
  • Party 2 13.15-15.00

The children will spend 1 hour and 45 minutes in the POD, with a maximum of 6 adults and a party host. The first hour will be on the soft play equipment, and 45 minutes will be for food and party games

 

The full cost is £300.00 inclusive of food

No, the full amount is payable when you book your party

Yes, you will receive a confirmation letter by email

  • Parties cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the scheduled party date will receive a full refund.
  • Parties cancelled between 2 and 4 weeks prior to the scheduled party date will receive a 50% refund of their total party cost.
  • Parties cancelled within 2 weeks of the scheduled party date will not receive a refund.

Cancelations must be put in writing to the Recreational Activities Manager AnneMarieBuckley@ymcaspg.org

Due to self-isolation as a result of a positive PCR, or notification by Track and Trace that you need to self-isolate, we will make a full refund upon proof. This needs to be sent directly to the Recreational Activity Manager, AnneMarieBuckley@ymcaspg.org

We will be using MindBody to enable customers to book and pay for their party. Bookings are now open.

Yes, the minimum and maximum number is 20 children. However, this will be reviewed in mid-August.

Currently only 6 adults can remain within the Pod, this must include the parents of the birthday child/ren.
All other parents can wait in the garden area, in their vehicle or return after the party.

Hot/cold drinks and snacks can be purchased from our onsite café and consumed in the garden area. We also are licensed to serve alcohol to over 18’s.

Yes, the menu provides a choice of hot or cold food. This will be sent to you, it is also on our website.

Yes, we do if we receive information 7 days before your actual party. You will also receive an allergen list providing specific details for each item.

No, customers provide their own cake

No, unfortunately only food provided by us can be consumed at the party

We don’t provide entertainment, however, you’re welcome to bring an entertainer with you

Yes, a host is available for the duration of the party and to clear away afterwards

No, however, you’re welcome to bring your own party bags

Yes, you can park your vehicle free of charge for the duration of your stay

Customers are welcome to bring their own decorations

Yes please, we do not provide cutlery, you will also ned to bring table wear, cups, plates and napkins.

Unfortunately we can only take party bookings until the end of 2021
