Introducing Our New Booking System

We’re excited to introduce our new booking system for our Gyms & Classes and Reformer Pilates, designed to improve your experience and streamline class bookings. Here’s what you need to know:

Do I need to do anything?

If you’re already a member, your personal information has been automatically transferred to our new system.

However, you will need to update your password—please follow the instructions at the end of this message.

If you’re a pay-as-you-go customer, you’ll need to register for a new account in the system before continuing.

How do I access my new account?

Client Portal – Manage your account, and book or cancel classes HERE.

Mobile App – Easily book and cancel classes

 

 

 

What’s new?

We’ve updated our Class Booking Policy based on your feedback. The key changes include:

– Cancellation Policy: From April 1st, you must cancel at least 24 hours before a class starts. Late cancellations will result in a strike.

– No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a class, a strike will be issued.

– Three Strikes Rule: Accumulating three strikes will revoke your class booking rights for seven days. Strikes remain on your account for 30 days.

– Attendance Tracking: From April 1st, you must scan in at Reception turnstiles to be recorded as attending (see access below). Failure to do so will result in a no-show strike.

Waiting Lists Are Back!

– If a class is full, you can join the waiting list. If a spot opens, the first person on the list will automatically be moved into the class and notified by email.

– If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waiting list to avoid a strike (or loss of a Reformer Pilates credit).

Gym & Class Access

– Use the “My QR Code” feature in the new YMCA St Paul’s Group app to scan at the turnstiles.

– Or, use your existing membership card to scan in.

No more 8am booking rush!

You can now book group exercise classes one week and one hour before the start time. For example, a 7pm class on Monday can be booked from 6pm the Monday before.

Now, here’s the fun bit.

To log in for the first time, please do the following:

  1. Please click the link below to access the client portal.
  2. Choose ‘Forgot password’ on the left hand side.
  3. Enter your email address and click ‘Submit’.
  4. Check your email for a password reset link and click on the link.
  5. Choose your password

You can now log in to the system and have a look around!
