What funding is available?

From September 2024 we will be offering 15 free hours for children 9-23 months, for working families, subject to eligibility. We also offer 15-or 30-hours free childcare places for 3–4-year-olds. You will need to apply for a code to receive the funded hours.

If you are eligible*, you will get 15 hours of funded childcare for 38 weeks, starting the term after your child turns 2 years old.

For example: If your child is 2 on or before March 31, 2024, you will get the hours from 01 April 2024.
If your child turns 2 between 1 April and 31 August 2024, you will get the hours from 01 September 2024.

You can get Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as 15-or 30-hours free childcare if you are eligible for both.
