The Reports highlight meaningful strides towards pay equity, demonstrating a complete closure of the mean gender pay gap and substantial progress on ethnicity pay equity. These results reflect our commitment to promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) throughout our workforce, with initiatives such as unconscious bias training, inclusive hiring practices, and support groups for women and ethnically diverse employees. While parity has been achieved on an adjusted mean basis, we are dedicated to addressing remaining disparities across different quartiles. We will continue to drive fair representation and career advancement for all staff members.
