We are delighted to announce that YMCA St Paul’s Group has once again been officially certified as a Great Place to Work®. This is our second consecutive year of recognition for outstanding workplace culture and employee experience.
This certification is particularly meaningful because it’s based entirely on feedback from our staff about what it’s like to work here. This year, we received 181 survey responses and achieved a Trust Index score of 76%, up from last year’s 73%. This is a fantastic result that reflects our continued growth and commitment to our people.
