How would you describe your experience working at YMCA SPG?

Working with the YMCA SPG has been absolutely fantastic! I have met great people while working here. The organisation’s culture is great, with supportive senior management team, that genuinely cares about my career development. The environment is an inclusive one, as we all work together as the ‘YMCA Family’. I work with colleagues that are passionate and motivated to work with vulnerable residents and clients. I have witnessed many residents and clients’ lives changed positively over these many years as a result of accommodation and support offered by the YMCA SPG, which is very rewarding.

What would you say to someone considering a role at YMCA SPG?

I would say just go for it! The YMCA SPG is an excellent organisation to work with. Great people around, excellent working culture and room for progression and career development.
