Stars of YMCA St Paul’s Group Awards 2026

Celebrating extraordinary people and their wonderful contribution to our community. 

YMCA St Paul’s Group gathered on 4th February 2026 at the historic Royal Society of Arts House to celebrate our annual Stars Awards. Now in its eighth year, the event shone a spotlight on the outstanding staff, residents, and community partners who embody our values and bring our mission to life every single day.  

A Night of Recognition and Community 

Set within the RSA’s stunning Great Room, guests enjoyed an evening filled with stories of dedication, hope, and personal transformation. Attendees included staff, residents, longstanding partners, and supporters—each contributing to the vibrant and diverse community that defines YMCA St Paul’s Group.  

As always, the awards celebrated individuals who consistently go above and beyond, modelling our core values: Loving, Person Centred, Hopeful, Community Focused, and Holistic. The nominations—submitted by colleagues and residents—reflected an organisation deeply committed to recognising unsung heroes and everyday acts of excellence. 

2026 Award Highlights:  

This year’s winners represented the very best of our YMCA family. Categories included: 

• Rising Star Award – recognising emerging talent such as our winner Hina who was praised for her positive approach, problem solving skills and willingness to go above and beyond.  

• Change Champion Awards (for Staff and Customers) – celebrating those driving fairness, justice, and positive change within our community. This year, our winners included Jack, who plays an active role in our LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, helping to champion inclusion and strengthen community across the organisation.  

• Community Partner Awards – acknowledging organisations and individuals who work alongside us to extend our reach and deepen our community impact. This year, we were delighted to celebrate one of our Jumpers! Parents, who has been raising awareness of our services within the local community.

The YMCA St Paul’s Group Stars Awards remind us that our greatest strength lies in our people, the colleagues who lift up others daily, the young people, customers and residents who show remarkable resilience, and the partners who believe in our mission.
