This is a wonderful recognition of the dedication and hard work of our team in providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children.
The report highlights many strengths of our provision, praising the commitment of our leaders and staff. Ofsted noted that:
We are especially proud that the inspector recognised our focus on children’s health, wellbeing, and independence, stating that leaders “recognise the importance of promoting children’s health and encouraging healthy habits and lifestyle” and that “staff will encourage them to manage their self care, tidy away, share their views and join in group discussions.”
Another area highlighted was our strong partnership with parents and schools. The report praised how “staff will establish close relationships with parents from the start” and keep them engaged through daily discussions, emails, and newsletters, ensuring a consistent approach to each child’s care and development.
This positive outcome is a testament to the hard work of our dedicated staff team and the support of our families. Together, we are creating a space where children can thrive, learn, and enjoy themselves before and after school, as well as during the holidays.
We would like to thank all our staff, parents, carers, and of course, the children, for being part of the YMCA St Paul’s Group community. We are excited to continue building on this success and offering the very best for every child in our care.
