YMCA St Paul’s Group named a Great Place To Work® for third year running

We’re proud to share that YMCA St Paul’s Group has been officially Great Place To Work Certified™ for the third consecutive year. 

At YMCA, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Every day, colleagues across our organisation work alongside young people, residents, families and local communities, helping create places where people can belong, contribute and thrive. 

That’s why we’re particularly proud that this recognition is based on what our own colleagues say about working here. 

Great Place To Work® Certification™ is based on anonymous employee feedback and recognises organisations that provide a consistently positive employee experience. To achieve Certification™, at least 65% of employees must report a positive experience of their workplace.  

We’re proud that our Trust Index has continued to rise over the past three years, increasing from 73% in 2024 to 75% in 2025 and reaching 77% in 2026. This continued improvement reflects the increasingly positive experience our colleagues report of working at YMCA St Paul’s Group. 

For us, being a great place to work goes hand in hand with being an organisation that can make a positive difference in our communities. We want our colleagues to feel supported, valued and able to make an impact through their work.
