Annual leave year runs from 01 April until 31 March. YMCA St Paul’s Group offers a generous annual leave scheme that increases with length of service.
Staff annual leave entitlement is 25 days, long service leave given to staff on 1st April after the 5th anniversary of your start date; 1 extra days leave, then an additional day each year until 30 days is reached.

All staff with eligible earnings are automatically enrolled into the pension plan (Scottish Widows) at the start of the third month of their employment.
Employer contributions are 3.5%. Employee contributions are a minimum of 3.5% which are made on a Salary Exchange basis (the amount is taken from your gross salary, before tax, which means that you will pay less Income Tax and National insurance giving tax relief). You do have the option to opt out of this arrangement.

The EAP service provided by BHSF is a confidential, nationwide, 24/7, 365 days-a-year service. Support can be accessed via a telephone helpline (which is also available to your immediate family). The helpline offers accredited counsellors who provide a phone counselling service as well as information specialists who give support and advice on health and wellbeing issues, and also information on personal legal and financial matters.
You can use the service as often as you wish and you will remain totally anonymous.
