YMCA St Paul’s Group recognised as one of the UK’s Top 100 Best Workplaces for Development™ 2026

We are delighted to announce that alongside being named one of the UK’s Top 100 Best Workplaces™ earlier this year, YMCA St Paul’s Group has also been recognised as one of the UK’s Top 100 Best Workplaces for Development™ 2026. 

This recognition is based on feedback from staff in the Great Place to Work survey™ completed in October 2025. 

This is a fantastic achievement and the second year in a row we have received this award, recognising our strong commitment to staff development. 

Being included on this list reflects the positive experiences of our colleagues and highlights YMCA St Paul’s Group as a place where people can learn, develop and succeed.

We are particularly proud that 82% of colleagues agreed they are provided with training and development opportunities to support growth in their roles.

In recent years, YMCA St Paul’s Group has made significant investments in staff and manager development through initiatives including on-the-job learning, training programmes, professional qualifications and mentoring opportunities.

This recognition also highlights the important role managers play in supporting their teams through regular development conversations and personal development plans, alongside the commitment shown by colleagues to continually improve the services delivered to residents and customers.
