Welcome to the June issue of our monthly online newsletter for children and families, produced by the Children and Family Work team at YMCA St. Paul’s Group.
We help whole families to flourish. We have safe and trusted Early Years care and developmental activities, family support and mediation help when difficult issues arise at home or school, summer and school holiday camps, and activities that are just plain fun for everyone.

Are you looking for a venue to hire in South Ealing? We have a purpose made studio, ideal for adults and kids activity and dance classes available to hire.
Available from Monday – Friday, the hire charge is just £30 per hour.

On Thursday 6 June the YMCA officially celebrated its 180th birthday! The children from our After School Clubs created some brilliant posters to celebrate this important milestone.

Y Kidz will be providing fun indoors and outdoors. We have a great space at one of our After School Clubs Whittingham Primary Academy.
Children will be involved in a range of fun and engaging indoor and outdoor activities such as small team games, messy play, storytelling, trips to the local park, mindfulness, arts and crafts, music and dance, and lots more. There will also be sports and lots of other fun activities incorporated into our daily timetable.
We have an experienced and qualified staff team who will work with the children.

Week 1: Monday 29 July – Friday 2 August
Week 2: Monday 5 August – Friday 9 August
Week 3: Monday 12 August – Friday 16 August
Week 4: Monday19 August – Friday 23 August
Location: Whittingham Primary Academy, 340 Higham Hill Road, Walthamstow, E17 5QX
Age Group: 4 -11 year olds (children must be at primary school, from reception – year 6)

Based at the YMCA Hawker in Kingston, the Pod is a two storey soft play centre open seven days a week for indoor play. Costs are just £6.60 per child, including one adult. Visit our Pod page for full details..

On this day 180 years ago, George Williams, alongside 11 others, founded YMCA in London.
Today, YMCA has grown to serve 65 million people across 120 countries.

This past Saturday, we were delighted to welcome so many of you to our stand at the Ham Common Fair. Ham Common — just a short walk from the YMCA Hawker Centre in Kingston — was teeming with local families enjoying the multitude of stands and activities from a wide range of stallholders. The local community was out in full force, despite the changeable weather conditions, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere.
As a vital part of the local community, YMCA St Paul’s Group was thrilled to participate in this event and have the opportunity to connect with local visitors.
